PSC’s Bayport Terminal is a multi-modal facility strategically located in the heart of Houston’s petrochemical industry. Situated on 115-acres, Bayport Terminal is located on the Bayport Loop and offers daily connectivity to the Union Pacific Railroad. With approximately half of our acreage still undeveloped, Bayport Terminal is poised for future expansion and custom-built applications for our industry partners.

STORAGE

Designed to handle both hazardous and non-hazardous railcars, Bayport Terminal provides short-term and long-term railcar storage options for our industrial park neighbors and the surrounding production/manufacturing facilities. Current railcar storage capacity is 850 car spots, with plans for another 300+ to be added in the near future. Our yard can safely store all types of railcars, including: hopper cars, tank cars, gondolas, box cars, and more.

SWITCHING

We provide daily on-demand switching services for our customers. Our crews spot cars at our customers’ racks for loading/unloading, and then promptly deliver those railcars to interchange with the Union Pacific Railroad on a daily basis.

RAILCAR REPAIR

Bayport Terminal offers multiple options for all your railcar repair and maintenance needs. The terminal’s onsite shop is equipped with a 60-car repair track and is designed to perform major repairs. PSC Group’s Gulf Coast Mobile Railcar Repair division is available 24/7 and offers service within 24 hours for those times you need a quick turnaround.

DEPOT SERVICES

ROWL United provides storage for loaded/empty containers and ISO tanks onsite. In addition to storage, ROWL performs recertification testing and repairs on ISO tanks in their onsite repair facility.

TANK CAR REQUALIFICATIONS

Tank car requalifications can be performed onsite by PSC Group’s railcar repair teams, offering a safe and efficient alternative to the backlogs at most major shops.

TRANSLOADING

We can safely perform truck-to-railcar or railcar-to-truck transloading of liquids and dry bulk at the terminal. Our planned yard expansion will add additional transloading spots to accommodate a growing customer base.

CLEANING

Our strategic partner, Quala Rail & Specialty, has a state-of-the-art 8-car cleaning rack onsite and can safely clean all hazardous and non-hazardous cargos.

LAND TO EXPAND
