Rick Parham leads the Microsoft Practice for PSC's Chicago office. In this role, he is responsible for services delivery, engagement management and solutions architecture. Rick has spent much of his career focused on helping clients realize the highest return on their investment in Microsoft technologies with particular emphasis on web-based solutions and collaboration applications. He is directly responsible for overseeing the relationship with Microsoft Corporation, and is currently working to develop PSC’s vision for developing its Social Media Management solutions to drive increased customer value.
Before joining PSC in 2009, Rick served as Director of Consulting for the Chicago offices of Perficient and Parian Development, leading IT services firms in the Midwest. During his tenures with these firms, his projects won various awards from Microsoft including Tech Ed 2002 - Best Overall Solution, Tech Ed 2002 - Best Innovative Productivity Solution and Microsoft Exchange Conference (MEC) 2001 - Best Customer Solution.
Rick started his technology career in 1987 with Andersen Consulting after graduating with honors in Computer Engineering at the University of Illinois.
