Bruce Bellak brings nearly 20 years of experience to the supply-chain management and e-Commerce industries. As vice president and co-founder of PSC, he directs the company's overall technology strategy including project delivery and evaluation of new technology. At PSC he has helped companies use technology to handle change in the supply-chain management and e-Commerce sectors. Most recently he has led the back-end integration at Orbitz Inc, the Chicago-based Web travel site.

Before co-founding PSC in 1990, Mr. Bellak was a manager at Whittman-Hart, an information technology consultancy, where he managed multiple teams and projects. Earlier, he spent five years as development manager and consultant for Hill Richards, an insurance-processing company, where he provided IT support for third-party administrators and processing support for non-insurance companies. In addition, he developed the company's systems and IT operations.

Mr. Bellak is best known for his ability to solve technical problems of all kinds, sizes, and shapes. He is one of Chicago's experts on 'making systems work' in a variety of systems and application environments. His broad range of business acumen and technical expertise acumen has led to the creation of the Vendor Replenishment Systems© (VRS), PSC's supply chain fulfillment product for successful EDI and e-Commerce-based hub-spoke programs.

Mr. Bellak is an IBM-certified e-Business expert, RS/6000 and AS/400 technology solutions expert. He is a frequent speaker at COMMON, an international organization that brings users together to discuss IBM platforms. He has a rich background in midrange systems including IBM's iSeries, product development, and solutions architecture.
